EUROPASS Ball - Yes its the official ball for Euro 2008 and haha all those England losers won't be able to even get to kick it. Although its not as colourful as the one to be used for the African Cup, it still looks decent as the official match ball. Design aside, let's talk about the technology part shall we. The adidas ‘EUROPASS’ is constructed out of 14 panels using Thermal Bonding Technology. Combined with a new surface structure, the new ball allows players to increase accuracy and control in all weather conditions. The PSC-Texture™ consists of a sophisticated and fine structure on the ball’s outer skin for an increased grip between ball and boot. The new ball combines a white base colour with black dots, round silver and red dynamic elements. The national flags of Austria and Switzerland, the two host countries of UEFA EURO 2008™, have also been integrated into the ball design.
