'The Invisibles' for kartell by Tokujin Yoshioka

The Invisibles - Tokujin's latest with kartell which expresses a new stylistic approach to 'invisible furniture'. The play of the evanescence of transparency is all encompassing. Rainbow Church by Tokujin Yoshioka

Rainbow Church - A glass window made of 500 crystal prisms. The eight metre-high installation will create rainbows within the space as light is refracted. Inspired by a trip to the Chapelle du Rosaire, which Henri Matisse, a French painter, created in his last years, Tokujin embraced the beauty of the light that the chapel created. A space filled with the light of Matisse. An architecture where people can feel the light with all senses. Beautiful. Click here for more info.

Maison Hermès Window Display by Tokujin Yoshioka

Tokujin Yoshioka - His intention was to express people's daily movements with a suspicion of humour. A design where one can perceive someone behind the scarves as if life were being breathed into them. An image of a woman projected onto a monitor where the scarf softly sways in the air in response to the woman's blow. Subtle poetic.
