Todd James - Aka Reas is an artist from New York who has started out doing graffiti on NYC subway trains and eventually had his work put up at galleries worldwide. Recently, Nike has commissioned Todd James to design a character for "The Running Man" pack and the result is this cute lightning who is a mix-up of flash and spongebob I think. A tee and a windrunner are available from this design and you can find them at Overkill Berlin. I guess after wearing this you will feel more like running haha.
