Viktor & Rolf - Trust me your eyes are not playing around with you. Dutch design duo Viktor and Rolf opened a store in 2005 in Milan with an upside down decor that has oak parquet on the ceiling and chandeliers coming out of the floor. Looks really sic and some might feel it too sic to look at haha. Oh well at least they used chic stuff in their concept. More info about this store can be found here.
