Vespa - If I were to get a transport license it would only be for a Vespa scooter. "Wasp" in Italian and Latin, its so named for its hourglass seat arrangement that mimics the body of a wasp as well as the buzzing sound of the engine which sounded like a wasp. For this Spring/Summer, adidas Originals took the concept of the iconic scooter and created a Vespa edition sneaker. Composed out of premium suede in natural colourway, the Vespa edition has a few references to the scooter. The scripted logo and the front air vent design as the sneaker's heel tab. Natural gum outsole with pinstripe treads which is the same as the tread pattern found on classic scooter's running boards. Very vintage design, a sneaker worth the resemblance of an icon.
