FDA 2009 - What a way to end the week by checking out Furniture Design Award 2009 organised by Singapore Furniture Industries Council. If you are into product or industrial design, this has got to be something you should see and plus you get to have a photo taken with Naoto Fukasawa (cool shit!). Sure you get to drink alcohol and see your tutors unwind in the most funniest way possible by posing with you in front of the cameras and talking to you like a fellow design critic but the most inspiring moment for me is seeing my seniors' works on display and getting recognised for their designs. Extremely inspiring for me to follow their footsteps and have my own designs displayed in the same manner. Can't wait and can't stop to make that a reality. Friday, March 6, 2009
