Pentagon System by Itamar Burstein

Pentagon System - Table and stools. The properties of a three-dimensional pentagon is so inspiring for Israeli designer Itamar Burstein that he uses it to create furniture pieces. The entire structure relies on five identical elements fitting into one another. Made from solid wood and assembled through dry interlocking. The stool is free standing and the table has a plateau with a cut out in its centre that governs the geometry of assemblage in the manner of a key. Click here for more info.
