Inside IDEO

IDEO - A design consultancy based in Palo Alto, California, United States which helps design products, services, environments and digital experiences. They have a very unique way of brainstorming ideas and interesting set up of their office, even to the extent of the designers they employ too. Their way of doing things are what many companies yearn to adopt in terms of generating ideas and solving problems. Here is a video recommended by a guest lecturer who came to my school to give a talk on innovation and creativity. Very thought provoking and refreshing. It would be rad to work for them.
